Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives on a contract basis. The role runs remotely and partners with engineering, product, and executives to align on delivery goals.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in digital project management, strong Jira/Asana experience, and a track record of guiding teams through hybrid delivery, planning, and stabilization phases.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in digital project management
• Background in media/entertainment or consumer tech
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven management of cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail with multi-project leadership
• Experience aligning roadmaps with digital transformation efforts

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and act as main contact for sprint activities
• Translate business requirements for technical partners and communicate constraints
• Identify dependencies and capacity constraints to keep projects on track
• Anticipate roadblocks and implement real-time solutions
• Partner with Product Management to prioritize backlog with clear criteria
• Oversee backlog refinement to ensure actionable work items
• Lead enterprise-scale digital initiatives from initiation through stabilization
• Coordinate cross-functional programs with engineering, vendors, and clients
• Develop and maintain detailed plans, timelines, milestones, and roadmaps
• Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams across teams and vendors
• Maintain PMO governance standards and status reporting
• Drive portfolio transparency with executive dashboards and milestones
• Facilitate risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation
• Liaise among business leadership, tech teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Translate technical initiatives into business-aligned outcomes and plans
• Coordinate deployment planning, migration sequencing, and readiness
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery as required
• Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication
