Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead complex cross-functional technology initiatives within DevOps on a contract basis. You will drive delivery across digital platforms, coordinating engineering, product, internal finance partners, vendors, and executive leadership to align on delivery goals.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in digital project management for consumer-facing products.
• Experience supporting media, entertainment, or consumer technology organizations.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Jira and Asana; familiarity with planning tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements to technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and act as main sprint contact.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and capacity constraints.
• Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps and timelines.
• Lead enterprise-scale digital initiatives from initiation through stabilization.
• Ensure governance standards, status reporting, and change management processes.
