Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional technology initiatives in a fast-paced DevOps environment. This contract role focuses on delivery across digital platforms from planning through deployment and stabilization, coordinating engineering, product, and partners.

Responsibilities include facilitating Agile Scrum ceremonies, managing backlogs, dependencies, and risk, and ensuring governance and clear communication with executives.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in digital project management for consumer-facing products.
• Experience supporting media, entertainment, sports, or consumer tech.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven management of cross-functional teams in fast-paced enterprise environments.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to lead multiple sub-projects concurrently.
• Experience developing requirement roadmaps and aligning teams on digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and act as main contact for sprint activities.
• Translate business requirements for technical partners and communicate constraints to stakeholders.
• Identify, manage dependencies, and monitor capacity to keep projects on track.
• Anticipate roadblocks and implement real-time solutions.
• Prioritize backlog with Product Management and define ready/done criteria.
• Oversee refinement to ensure actionable work items for velocity and planning.
• Lead enterprise-scale digital initiatives from initiation to stabilization.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs with engineering, vendors, and clients.
• Develop and maintain detailed plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams across teams and vendors.
• Maintain PMO governance, reporting, and change management processes.
• Drive portfolio transparency with dashboards and milestone tracking.
• Facilitate risk management, escalation, and dependency coordination.
• Serve as liaison among leadership, technology, vendors, and stakeholders.
