Job summary

Rula, a remote-first company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Provider Experience team. You will lead efforts to help therapists run healthy practices by automating day-to-day admin workflows with AI and building real-time clinical guidance tools, reporting to the Senior Director of Product.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and clinical teams, shaping product experiences that save therapists hours each week and improve patient care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven ability to scale SMB SaaS/productivity tools/operations platforms with measurable impact on retention and efficiency.
• Able to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Strong communication across diverse stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data and qualitative insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead automating day-to-day admin workflows using AI for therapists.
• Develop real-time clinical guidance tools for sessions.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and clinical teams to improve provider tools.
• Report to Senior Director of Product (Provider) and demonstrate impact on time saved for therapists.
