Progressive Leasing is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the digital storefront and commerce experiences. You will align designers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions while leveraging data to inform decisions and optimize the customer journey.

You will collaborate across teams to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and drive end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced fintech environment, including lease or loan lifecycle considerations and payments flows.

Formación

• 5–7 years of software product management experience.
• Experience managing consumer-facing digital storefronts.
• Concepting and implementing agentic commerce solutions.
• B2B2C commerce platforms and shopping experiences.
• Hands-on experience with conversion optimization and UX improvements.
• Ability to design and iterate experiences reducing customer effort.
• Experience with AI chatbot workflows for self-service support.
• Familiarity with fintech products, payments, leases or loans.
• Capability to translate strategy into detailed execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Solve difficult problems with innovative, data-informed solutions.
• Engage with engineers, designers, peers, and leaders constructively.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify problems and mitigate risk.
• Define use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Establish iterative release schedules with value delivery on time.
• Own and optimize digital storefront and commerce journey (merchandising, checkout, post-purchase).
• Test, measure, and iterate on experiences to reduce friction and improve metrics.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate timelines and blockers clearly.
• Analyze performance of product features and drive improvements.
• Gain buy-in at all levels and maintain open communication channels.
