Job summary

Progressive Leasing is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve our digital storefront and commerce experiences in a remote-capable role across the continental US (also Utah/Arizona offices). This role focuses on data-informed product decisions, cross-functional leadership, and delivering high-impact improvements in consumer-facing lease/BNPL platforms.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and business leaders to build roadmaps, define requirements, and drive optimization

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software Product Management.
• Experience owning consumer-facing digital products (commerce storefronts).
• Experience with B2B2C commerce platforms and shopping experiences.
• Hands-on commerce or storefront product experience including conversion optimization and A/B testing across web and mobile.
• Experience configuring AI chatbot workflows for self-service resolutions.
• Familiarity with fintech or financial services products and payment flows.
• Ability to move from strategy to detailed execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Solve difficult problems with innovative product solutions.
• Assess risks/opportunities with data-informed narratives.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver on time.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap through stakeholder and customer input.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify problems and validate solutions.
• Define use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate iterative releases delivering value to customers on schedule.
• Own and optimize the digital storefront and commerce journey across web and mobile.
• Measure and iterate on product experiences to reduce friction and improve conversions.
• Communicate timelines, blockers, and successes clearly to stakeholders.
