Progressive Leasing is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the digital storefront and commerce experience across web and mobile. You will partner with design, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact features, guided by data and customer insights.

The role supports a remote work model anywhere in the continental US or at our Utah/Arizona offices, with strong emphasis on shipping value quickly and learning from outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in software product management.
• Strong ability to align design, engineering and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Data-informed decision making and written narratives.
• Experience in consumer-facing digital storefronts and commerce.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap by engaging stakeholders and customers.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify business problems and validate solutions.
• Define use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and optimize the digital storefront and commerce journey from merchandising to post-purchase.
• Test, measure, and iterate on product experiences using data to reduce friction.
• Communicate timelines, blockers, and successes clearly to leadership.
