Priority Commerce is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Strategic Solutions to shape differentiated financial products for complex customer and market needs. This is a hands-on role turning ambiguous problems into clear product propositions, requirements, and roadmaps.

You will work across payments, banking, treasury, and digital experiences, partnering with executives and teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product management experience in fintech/payments or financial services.
• Strong banking/payments/fintech domain knowledge and commercial judgment.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear product propositions and roadmaps.
• Strong customer discovery skills and understanding of complex workflows.
• Experience partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Experience leading enterprise product initiatives and GTM collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps tied to measurable outcomes.
• Lead customer and market discovery to understand workflows and unmet needs.
• Partner with executives to shape product priorities and roadmaps.
• Develop product theses for early-stage opportunities and validate with evidence.
• Translate market strategy into clear propositions, workflows, and requirements.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions with Product, Engineering, Design, and Architecture teams.
• Track customer, product, and commercial outcomes and iterate based on feedback.
