Progressive Leasing, a leading FinTech lease-to-own provider, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to drive the digital storefront and customer experience. This remote role can be performed anywhere in the continental US or at our Utah or Arizona locations, collaborating with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver data-informed product improvements.

You will own the roadmap, define use cases, and lead cross-functional initiatives to mitigate risk and deliver value on time.

Qualificações

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software Product Management.
• Experience owning and managing consumer-facing digital storefronts.
• Experience with B2B2C commerce platforms and shopping experiences.
• Comfort navigating fintech/payment flows and regulatory contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimize the digital storefront and commerce journey using data to prioritize.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap with stakeholders and customers.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify business problems and validate solutions.
• Define use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Iterate on experiences with A/B testing and data-driven insights.
