Qualifications

• 5–7 years of software product management experience.
• Experience with consumer-facing digital storefronts and commerce.
• Experience with B2B2C commerce platforms and shopping experiences.
• Experience configuring AI chatbot workflows for self-service support.
• Familiarity with fintech or financial services and payments contexts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap by engaging with stakeholders and customers.
• Define use cases, features, and acceptance criteria for the product.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver value on time and on budget.
• Own the digital storefront and commerce journey from merchandising to checkout.
• Test, measure, and iterate experiences using data and experiments.
