Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking a senior product manager to own the digital storefront and commerce journey, from merchandising to checkout and post-purchase flows. You will partner with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver data-informed solutions on time.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in software product management, comfort with B2B2C commerce, and experience optimizing conversion across web and mobile. This remote role supports remote work across the continental US.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of software product management experience.
• Experience owning B2B2C commerce platforms and consumer storefronts.
• Hands-on web/mobile conversion optimization and analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the digital storefront and commerce journey — merchandising, checkout, and post-purchase flows.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap by partnering with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Define use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and iterative release plans to deliver value on time.
• Test, measure, and iterate experiences using data to reduce friction.
