Job summary

Lumen Technologies is seeking a Senior Lead Platform Activation Architect to join the PRISM team and drive outbound, demo-led activation. You’ll translate complex designs into tangible customer experiences, build compelling narratives, and create end-to-end demos that illustrate business outcomes. Remote work across the U.S.

with a strong emphasis on storytelling and customer empathy. You will partner across Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and partners to shape activation strategies,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer‑facing technical or commercial roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Proven ability to present to customers and tell a clear story linking tech to business outcomes.
• Strong technical fluency with complex platforms and architectures.
• Experience building or contributing to demos, workshops or GTM motions at scale.
• Demonstrated customer empathy, discovery and outcome‑based positioning.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, sales, marketing and partners.
• Experience in cloud, software, networking, telecom, AI or partner ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, Gemini.

Responsibilities

• Translate LVD into activation experiences, including narratives, demos, workshops and value engagements.
• Build customer stories focused on business outcomes and real‑world use cases.
• Design, build, and present interactive demos showing end‑to‑end architectures.
• Bring stage presence to customer sessions, webinars, and partner engagements.
• Partner across Product, Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and ecosystem partners.
• Incubate new product‑led and partner‑led go‑to‑market motions and create repeatable assets.
• Apply LVD and CoE to ensure demos are validated, interactive and outcome‑oriented.
• Leverage AI tools to prototype, create demos, and enable scalable storytelling.
• Continuously improve activation assets based on feedback and evolving capabilities.
