Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Platform Activation Architect to join the PRISM team, turning Lumen Validated Designs into live, customer-ready demos and experiences. The role bridges architecture and storytelling, building interactive demos and workshops across cloud, networking, AI, and security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical or commercial roles such as solution activation, sales engineering, or technical marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven ability to present to customers and tell clear, business-focused stories.
• Strong technical fluency to understand complex platforms and translate into simple messaging.
• Experience building demos, workshops, webinars, or go-to-market motions at scale.
• Familiarity with AI tools and front-end web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate Lumen Validated Designs (LVD) into customer-centric activation experiences (narratives, demos, workshops, webinars).
• Build and deliver compelling customer stories focused on outcomes and buyer personas.
• Design, build, and present interactive demos showing the Lumen Platform end-to-end.
• Maintain stage presence in customer sessions and enablement activities; facilitate technical and business discussions.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and ecosystem partners to shape activation strategies.
• Help incubate new product-led and partner-led go-to-market motions and develop repeatable frameworks and assets.
• Apply LVD and Demo Center of Excellence to ensure demos are validated and outcome-oriented.
• Use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Gemini) and modern web tooling to prototype and deliver working demos quickly.
• Continuously improve assets based on customer engagements and evolving platform capabilities.
