Job summary

Lumen, a trusted network for AI-powered connectivity, seeks a Product Manager, Marketing Digital Experience – BAU Portfolio to own the BAU delivery framework across Lumen.com. This senior individual contributor role partners with Campaigns, Creative, DX, MOps, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Tech to drive value and transparency.

You will manage intake, prioritization, governance, and continuous improvement, balancing business value with delivery speed while aligning with broader DX priorities.

Qualifications

8+ years in digital experience, product management, or related field.
Experience in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
Hands-on with marketing work management platforms and web/content management.

Responsibilities

Own BAU digital delivery portfolio for marketing campaigns and product launches.
Oversee intake, prioritization, governance, and delivery with stakeholder transparency.
Define scalable governance and delivery frameworks across teams.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to align planning, execution, and outcomes.
Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure portfolio health and impact.
