Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in digital experience, product management, marketing ops, or related field.
• Experience in a complex matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on intake, prioritization, governance, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with marketing work management platforms (Adobe Workfront).
• Experience with web/content management platforms; Adobe Experience Manager preferred.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe delivery models.

Aufgaben

• Own operating model for BAU digital delivery portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, product launches, website enhancements, and operational requests.
• Develop prioritization frameworks balancing business value, timelines, capacity, and risk.
• Align BAU work with broader Digital Experience priorities and roadmaps.
• Establish standards, workflows, and governance for intake quality and delivery readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis of intake trends and performance.
• Define governance frameworks and reporting for portfolio health and outcomes.
• Build partnerships across Digital Experience, Campaigns, Creative, MOps, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Technology.
