Amrize is seeking an Engineering Technology Lead - Plant Utilities to own design, maintenance, and optimization of essential utilities across multiple manufacturing sites in North America. This senior, full-time, remote role requires deep expertise in water, air, gas, steam, and electrical systems, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

The leader will develop capital projects, build strong business cases for senior management, mentor local teams, and ensure OSHA and NFPA 70E

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering and maintenance with track record in heavy plant infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of Arc Flash regulations, NFPA 70E and OSHA standards for plant utilities.
• Experience managing large-scale capital projects ($1M+) and collaborating with third-party firms.

Aufgaben

• Oversee design, optimization, and reliability of plant utility infrastructure across sites.
• Lead electrical infrastructure strategy and Arc Flash safety programs.
• Audit systems to identify gaps, risks, and modernization opportunities.
• Scope and develop engineering projects from inception to capital approval.
• Present funding justifications to senior management with clear ROI and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA 70E; partner with EHS on safety protocols.
• Mentor local maintenance and engineering teams; train operators and supervisors.
• Demonstrate commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies.
