Amrize is seeking an Engineering Technology Lead - Plant Utilities to act as the corporate SME for manufacturing utility systems across sites. This remote, senior role drives design, maintenance, and optimization of water, air, gas, steam, and electricity with independence and strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will develop capital projects, justify funding withROI analyses, and ensure OSHA/NFPA 70E compliance while mentoring local teams and interfacing with EHS.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in engineering and maintenance with heavy plant infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of Arc Flash, NFPA 70E and OSHA standards.

• Serve as SME for plant utilities across facilities.
• Design, audit, and optimize electrical and utility infrastructure.
• Develop capital projects and present ROI to senior management.
• Mentor maintenance and engineering teams on plant utilities.
