Amrize is seeking an Engineering Technology Lead - Plant Utilities to drive design, maintenance and optimization of critical plant infrastructure across multiple sites. You will set strategies for electrical systems, Arc Flash safety, and energy efficiency while collaborating with EHS to ensure OSHA and NFPA 70E compliance.

This senior, remote role requires 15+ years of engineering experience, strong project management, and ability to present capital proposals to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Field of study: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related
• Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering and maintenance with heavy plant infrastructure
• Deep knowledge of Arc Flash regulations, NFPA 70E and OSHA standards
• Experience managing large capital projects ($1M+) and collaborating with external engineers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google applications, AutoCAD, and Minitab

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME for all manufacturing utility systems across sites
• Design, audit and optimize plant infrastructure for reliability and energy efficiency
• Lead electrical infrastructure strategy and Arc Flash safety programs
• Develop capital project scopes and defend business cases to senior management
• Mentor maintenance and engineering teams and ensure compliance with safety policies
