Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering and maintenance with track record of heavy plant infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of Arc Flash regulations, MFPA 70E and OSHA standards for plant utilities.
• Experience managing large-capital projects ($1M+) and collaborating with third-party engineering firms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, design, and optimize plant infrastructure to improve reliability and energy efficiency.
• Lead electrical infrastructure strategy and Arc Flash safety across sites.
• Audit plant systems to identify gaps, risks, and modernization opportunities.
