Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience.
• Demonstrated business acumen.
• Proven negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory business plan aligned with Viatris sales plans and objectives.
• Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals within territory adhering to regulations.
• Understand and demonstrate targeting principles.
• Develop pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
• Build positive, interactive relationships with peers, customers and managers.
• Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
• Gather information from offices, pharmacists and others to tailor strategies for prescribers.
• Leverage sample programs, literature and other items to raise physician awareness.
• Respond promptly to customer requests with consistent information.
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development in sales and product knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
