EverAI Limited is hiring for a hands‑on Growth Marketing role focused on paid acquisition. You will own high‑performing channels, iterate quickly, and scale campaigns while driving CAC/ROAS targets. Expect collaboration with product and content teams to optimize landing pages and funnels for rapid growth.

You’ll manage multi‑channel spend, test new formats, and build reporting to guide strategic decisions. This remote role offers global scope and aggressive growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing large paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or two paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google) with growth targets.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration.
• Run fast testing loops for creatives, audiences and placements.
• Monitor CPA, ROAS, retention and cohort behavior daily.
• Create internal reporting frameworks to guide strategy.
• Own creative briefs and collaborate on high-converting landing pages.
• Identify new acquisition opportunities and negotiate placements.
