Job summary

EverAI Limited is seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition channels and drive aggressive growth. You will scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more, while building scalable funnels and rapid testing loops to improve CAC and LTV.

You will partner with creative, content, and product teams to launch high-converting landing pages and optimize performance in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on one or two paid acquisition channels with potential to expand.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration.
• Run high-velocity testing loops to improve CAC and LTV.
• Monitor performance daily using analytics tools and internal dashboards.
• Own the creative briefing process and launch high-converting landing pages.
• Build relationships with traffic sources and negotiate premium placements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline acquisition processes through automation.
