Job summary

CodePath is seeking a Senior People Operations Coordinator for Claude Corps. You will run day-to-day onboarding for fellows, coordinating offer tracking, background checks, I-9 verification, HRIS setup in CoAdvantage, and benefits enrollment.

You’ll partner with Recruiting, the Claude Corps program team, Finance, and HR providers to keep records accurate and on time. This remote, full-time role reports to the Senior HR Business Partner.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating high-volume onboarding and HR processes with time-sensitive requirements.
• Familiarity with HRIS or PEO systems and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience maintaining accurate records, trackers, and deadlines.
• Clear, warm communication skills and a commitment to creating a positive employee experience.
• Experience using AI or automation tools to improve workflows and reduce manual work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fellow onboarding from signed offer through completion of required employment steps.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding questions and updates.
• Maintain employee records, onboarding trackers, Notion hub, and Fellow Handbook resources.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Claude Corps program team, Finance, and HR service providers.
• Develop clear, repeatable workflows to support large cohorts and scale using AI.
