CodePath is seeking an onboarding coordinator for the Claude Corps program to manage day-to-day onboarding for hundreds of fellows across cohorts. You will handle offer tracking, I-9 verification, HRIS setup, and benefits enrollment, ensuring records are complete and accurate.

You will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, Recruiting, Finance, and program teams to maintain processes, improve workflows, and support offboarding between cohorts, all while delivering a positive fellow

Competenze

• Experience coordinating high-volume onboarding or HR processes with tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with HRIS or PEO systems; ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong organizational skills with accurate records, trackers, and deadlines.
• Clear, warm communication; focus on positive employee experience.
• Discretion handling sensitive information and escalation when needed.
• Experience using AI or automation to streamline workflows.

• Run day-to-day onboarding for Claude Corps fellows from offer to start.
• Send instructions, track progress, maintain employee records, coordinate payroll/benefits setup.
