Claude Corps is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support the Claude Corps program and its fellows across the United States. This remote, full-time role partners with program leaders and managers to steward onboarding, performance, and employee relations at scale.

You will drive policy, processes, and compliance in a fast-growing AI-focused fellowship model. Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll supervise the Sr People Operations Coordinator, shape staffing needs, coordinate leave,

Competenze

• Experience in senior HR or people operations roles
• Strong onboarding, employee relations, and performance management skills
• Ability to work remotely and manage cross-state employment requirements

Mansioni

• Advise program leaders and AI Practice Leads on performance, employee concerns, role expectations, and team needs
• Own onboarding for each cohort from offer to start, including background checks, I-9, payroll setup, and benefits enrollment
• Plan onboarding workload, build repeatable processes, and manage the Senior People Operations Coordinator
• Support fellows throughout the year with benefits, leave, timekeeping, payroll corrections, and records maintenance
• Coordinate fellowship completion, offboarding, and changes in employment details
• Maintain up-to-date policies and guidance with Head of People and advisors
