Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll Tax Processor to resolve payroll tax issues across notices, corrections, amendments, and pay & file. The role emphasizes independent case ownership, mentorship, and delivering precise tax support within a high-volume environment.

Candidates should have 2–3+ years in payroll tax, strong state and federal notice experience, and CPP/FPC considerations. This is a flexible, hourly, remote role with opportunities to grow technical depth and lead peers.

Formación

• 2–3+ years hands-on payroll tax experience.
• Experience resolving State and Federal payroll tax notices independently.
• Knowledge of tax payment and filing regulations including FICA/FUTA.

Responsabilidades

• Execute full-cycle payroll tax case work for assigned accounts, including notices and amendments.
• Independently research and resolve complex state and federal payroll tax notices.
• Prepare amended payroll tax returns (Form 941-X and state equivalents).
• Support payroll correction workflows and document audit trails.
• Maintain thorough case documentation and prioritize by SLA date.
• Collaborate with Corrections, Amendments, Pay & File, and Tax Notice teams.
