Job summary

Salute is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to support end-to-end payroll operations across the U.S. and Canada, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on ADP Workforce Now expertise and collaborate across HR, Finance, and Operations in a fast-growing environment. This remote role requires multi-jurisdictional payroll knowledge, union-related payroll handling, and a proactive approach to payroll transformation while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/HR or related field
• 3–5+ years of payroll experience in US/Canada
• Experience with union payroll and CBAs
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now required
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and reporting

Responsibilities

• Administer full-cycle payrolls in the U.S. and Canada using ADP Workforce Now
• Process regular and off-cycle payrolls, bonuses, and terminations
• Review and reconcile payroll data with HR, benefits, and finance
• Apply CBAs and wage provisions to union payrolls and deductions
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations and Labor Relations to implement changes
• Maintain payroll records and compliance documentation
