Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of payroll experience across US and Canada.
• Proficiency with ADP and Workday Payroll.
• Extensive knowledge of US federal/state and Canada federal/provincial payroll regulations.
• Experience handling multi-state and multi-province payroll."

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for US/Canada employees using ADP and Workday.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and special payments.
• Validate timekeeping data and resolve payroll discrepancies with managers and employees.
• Maintain payroll schedules and ensure timely processing.
