Job summary

Spring Health seeks a Senior Program Manager for our Payer Success team within Operations. The role is fully remote in the United States with occasional travel for events.

You will own the end-to-end RCM lifecycle, coordinating across credentialing to claims adjudication and CX, ensuring issues are resolved and outcomes improved. You will collaborate with Operations and Business Development to turn insights into action, track payer performance, and drive accountability across teams for payer

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations and payer relationships.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Highly organized with track record of managing complex projects.
• Comfortable in ambiguity and proactive in identifying next steps.
• Clear communicator for internal and external partners.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven with performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Track open payer issues end-to-end with clear ownership until resolution.
• Improve RCM efficiency to increase revenue and provider experience.
• Coordinate across stakeholders and workflows to surface interdependencies.
• Serve as operational point of contact for BD, triaging payer/claims issues.
• Partner with Business Development on payer calls to align stakeholders.
• Monitor for new payer requirements and mergers; mobilize internal teams to implement changes.
• Track and report RCM performance by payer.
