Job summary

Medallion is hiring for a Senior Manager / Director of Payer Enrollment Operations. This remote role will launch and lead a high-impact payer enrollment program for a large enterprise client, with day-to-day leadership, cross-team collaboration, and rigorous SLA/SLO management.

You will own the operating rhythm, drive automation, and scale the operation across onshore and offshore teams, delivering fast, quality outcomes with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy & operations or program management in high-growth settings.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of launches or scale-ups with measurable outcomes.
• Strong bias for action and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience leading on/offshore teams and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-live for new payer enrollment accounts with cross-functional teams.
• Define operating cadence, SLAs/SLOs, and performance dashboards.
• Own economics including productivity, automation, and cost to serve.
• Build scalable playbooks for future enterprise launches.
• Manage client relationships and conduct regular executive reviews.
• Oversee onshore/offshore teams and vendor partnerships.
