Job summary

Alma, a Spring Health Company, seeks a Senior Program Manager to join the Payer Success team in Operations. You will serve as the central coordinator for payer partnerships, managing the end-to-end RCM lifecycle and ensuring issues are resolved across teams, leveraging collaboration with operations and business development.

You will balance internal processes, drive accountability, and proactively address evolving payer requirements to optimize payer performance and provider experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations and payer relations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration without direct authority.
• Highly organized with multi-stakeholder project experience.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving next steps.

Responsibilities

• Track open payer issues end-to-end with clear ownership and accountability.
• Improve RCM efficiency to increase revenue and provider experience.
• Coordinate with BD and Operations to align stakeholders and drive resolution.
• Act as primary operations contact for BD on payer and claims issues.
• Support payer calls with the Business Development Team to drive RCM discussions.
• Monitor new payer requirements and coordinate internal teams for changes.
• Track and report RCM performance by payer to surface trends and risks.
