Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Payer Success team within Operations. In this role, you’ll be the central quarterback for our payer partnerships across the end-to-end RCM lifecycle, from credentialing to claims adjudication, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, data-driven problem solving, and the ability to move initiatives from kickoff through launch with minimal supervision.
