Job summary

Spring Health is seeking an Operations Manager for our remote RCM team. You will streamline workflows, drive data-driven improvements, and coach a frontline team of up to 22, collaborating with Product, BI, CX, and Payer Partnerships to scale our insurance processes.

You bring 3–5 years in operations (plus 2–4 years managing teams), a bias for action, and comfort with AI tools to accelerate results. This full-time role offers strong benefits and a culture focused on mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional work experience in an Operations role, ideally within a startup environment, healthcare implementation, healthcare consulting, or a revenue cycle management role.
• 2-4 years of people management experience, managing teams comprised of non-exempt and exempt direct reports.
• Strong data-driven decision making and project management skills.
• Experience leveraging AI to drive speed to results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational bottlenecks and trends using data and analytics.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering, BI, CX Strategy and Core Ops teams to measure impact of tools and processes.
• Analyze routine metrics and report insights to leadership.
• Plan staffing aligned with technology roadmaps and forecast resource needs.
• Lead and coach a core operations team including direct reports and a remote frontline workforce.
