Qualificações

• Experience leading CX strategy and experience design initiatives within healthcare/Life Sciences.
• Ability to translate patient insights into strategic CX priorities and business outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across matrixed organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead CX strategy across patient services and communities.
• Establish scalable CX frameworks, journey mapping, personas, and touchpoint analysis.
• Lead DT/HCD activities, prototype testing, and patient co-creation workshops.
