This role builds leadership depth, partners with indications, and champions best practices to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, priorities and capability agenda for the Patient Marketing & Engagement Strategy Community.
• Develop expertise in patient engagement, commercial strategy, and adherence with cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify capability gaps and advise on build, hire, or external experts.
• Partner with Head of Patient Marketing on resourcing and talent mapping.
• Scale marketing capabilities across portfolio and cross-portfolio priorities.
• Evolve capabilities with market, patient needs, portfolio changes.
• Strengthen standards, tools, and measurement across marketing disciplines.
• Develop emerging talent and deploy teams against high-priority needs.
• Balance capacity and continuity in resource deployment.
• Advance AI, data analytics, and new marketing practices.
