Qualtrics is seeking a Senior Consultant, Patient Experience to own strategic transformations in healthcare, translating analytics into actionable roadmaps and leading client engagements with C-suite partners. You will mentor teams, expand client pipelines, and drive measurable improvements in patient and employee experience.

You will work with internal Strategic Consulting leaders to deliver value, mentor staff, and shape new offerings while supporting growth across healthcare accounts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of healthcare industry experience with understanding of delivery models.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end consulting engagements.
• Hands-on business development and client relationship growth experience.
• Deep experience with patient experience data, analytics, and methodologies.
• History of leading improvement initiatives across Experience, Safety, Engagement, Quality, or Performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end client engagements from inception to completion.
• Drive business development and pipeline growth with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver executive-level strategic insights and recommendations.
• Facilitate high-impact training and leadership workshops.
• Innovate practice methodologies and contribute to internal R&D.
• Maintain utilization goals while upholding quality benchmarks.
