Job summary

argenx is seeking a Nurse Case Manager Lead to direct a regional team that educates patients and caregivers via the Argex Patient Support Program. You will coach, monitor metrics, and drive process improvements across the treatment journey to optimize the patient experience.

You will partner with access, clinical and field teams to onboard patients, ensure PV and privacy compliance, and develop training content while maintaining high-quality documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• BSN and/or RN licensure preferred/ required.
• Experience in healthcare/pharma preferred and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a regional Nurse Case Management team to deliver high-quality patient support.
• Manage patient access needs during treatment initiation and onboarding with internal and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, PV and data privacy standards, and maintain quality documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize patient access and education initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training content for the nurse case management team.
