Job summary

Dispensed Global is seeking an Initial Care Call Assistant to connect with new patients after signup, guiding them through onboarding and scheduling.

This remote, non-clinical role emphasizes clear communication, tech-savviness, and meticulous record-keeping.

You'll work with multiple teams to ensure a smooth patient journey, escalate when needed, and help improve the onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or patient-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills when speaking with patients over the phone.
• Warm, patient-first approach with strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools.
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Strong written communication and accurate record-keeping.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Able to recognise when an issue requires escalation to the clinical team.
• Nice to have: SCRs or healthcare CRMs (HubSpot or Pipedrive). Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound initial care calls to new patients, introduce the care journey, and explain what to expect.
• Build rapport with patients, answer general questions, and provide guidance on next steps.
• Identify and help resolve practical onboarding barriers preventing progress.
• Review SCR information and flag items requiring clinical review.
• Support onboarding requirements and initial appointment scheduling.
• Accurately record patient interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM.
• Navigate multiple digital systems and learn new platforms quickly.
• Escalate clinical, sensitive, or complex matters to the appropriate team.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Clinical teams to support a smooth patient journey.
• Share recurring patient questions to help improve onboarding.
