Qualifications

• 1+ years of healthcare registration or receptionist experience.
• 6+ months of insurance registration experience.

Responsibilities

• Validate patient demographics and insurance to ensure accurate registrations.
• Perform insurance verification and provider matching for patient needs.
• Enter data into New Patient Registration database and generate monthly reporting.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and patient outreach.
• Schedule appointments using EPIC scheduling system.
