Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic alliances or technology partnerships within enterprise software.
• Strong relationship-building and experience managing senior external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software ecosystems, marketplaces, and partnership models.
• Ability to assess commercial opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering on platforms, integrations, or complex initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to translate technical topics into business advice.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strategic relationships with Atlassian and other technology partners.
• Lead strategic partnership initiatives from identification to execution across teams.
• Monitor partner developments, roadmaps, and marketplace programs to identify opportunities and risks.
• Align Appfire capabilities with partner priorities and customer needs for collaboration and growth.
• Evaluate partnership opportunities and commercial models with business impact in mind.
• Represent Appfire in senior-level partner meetings and ecosystem forums.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Data Insights to execute strategies.
• Translate complex technical and ecosystem developments into actionable recommendations for business priorities.
