Job summary
Appfire, a global software company with 800+ employees, is seeking a Principal Strategic Alliances Manager to lead strategic technology partnerships, especially within the Atlassian ecosystem. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and independently drive initiatives that align partner priorities with Appfire’s solutions.

Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders across Atlassian and other tech partner organizations.
- Lead strategic partnership initiatives from opportunity identification through execution.
- Monitor partner platform developments, roadmaps, marketplace programs, policies and models.
- Connect Appfire's product capabilities with partner priorities and customer needs.
- Evaluate partnership opportunities and commercial models; provide recommendations.
- Represent Appfire in strategic partner meetings and business reviews.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Data Insights.
- Translate complex technical and commercial developments into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
