- Proven track record in developing growth strategies that meet sales and profitability goals through strategic partnerships.
- 10+ years managing and expanding complex business relationships and institutional partnerships.
- Strong understanding of retirement market trends and distribution channels.
Responsibilities
- Oversee strategies for partner relationship management and growth within the retirement division.
- Be accountable for partner-channel sales goals and partner acquisition.
- Establish a disciplined model for partner engagement and account planning.
- Identify and pursue new institutional partner relationships while managing existing ones.
- Lead cross-team efforts to capitalize on market growth opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
