Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer-facing client services, customer success, or account management.
• Experience in a technology-focused customer-facing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across organizational levels.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actions.
• Experience influencing stakeholders through collaboration and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Partner Success professionals for retention, product adoption, revenue expansion, and account health.
• Use health, performance, and opportunity data to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Acquisition on strategic planning and customer growth initiatives.
• Establish consistent operating standards, tools, and execution frameworks across the org.
• Drive continuous improvement by reducing friction and enabling scalable processes and automation.
• Resolve complex partner and customer issues by aligning stakeholders and removing barriers.
• Manage portfolio rhythm prioritizing revenue impact, risk, and growth potential.
• Monitor KPIs and drive forecast accuracy, customer satisfaction, and net revenue growth.
