Lumen is seeking a Manager, Partner Success to lead a team focused on protecting, growing, and strengthening partner and customer relationships. This role drives partner retention, customer success, product adoption, and revenue growth while building scalable processes that support long-term business success.

You will collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities and mitigate risk, delivering exceptional experiences across our tech-enabled ecosystem.

Formación

• 6+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Experience in a technology-focused customer-facing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actions.
• Experience influencing stakeholders through collaboration and negotiation.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities for process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and resolve complex issues.
• Manage multiple priorities with a customer focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team responsible for partner and customer retention, product adoption, revenue expansion, and account health.
• Use health, performance and opportunity data to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Acquisition on strategic account planning and expansion.
• Maintain standardized operating practices and execution frameworks across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement by addressing friction points and enabling automation.
• Resolve complex issues by aligning stakeholders and ensuring follow-through.
• Prioritize customer needs through a disciplined portfolio-management rhythm.
• Monitor KPIs and drive forecast accuracy and net revenue growth.
