Job summary

You will partner with Sales Acquisition on strategic account planning, drive scalable processes, and manage a portfolio with emphasis on revenue retention and growth. Strong leadership and data fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer-facing client services, customer success, or account management.
• Experience in a technology-focused customer-facing environment supporting business customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations.
• Experience influencing stakeholders through collaboration and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Partner Success team focused on partner/customer retention, product adoption, and revenue expansion.
• Use data to identify risks and opportunities, driving proactive engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales Acquisition on account planning and growth opportunities.
• Establish operating standards, tools, and scalable processes across the org.
• Drive cross-functional resolution of complex issues and timely follow-through.
• Manage a disciplined portfolio rhythm prioritizing revenue impact and growth.
• Monitor KPIs, forecast accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
