Lumen is seeking a Manager, Partner Success to lead a team focused on protecting, growing, and strengthening partner and customer relationships. You’ll drive retention, product adoption, revenue growth, and overall account health while aligning with Sales and cross-functional partners.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in customer-facing client services, customer success, or account management.
• Experience in a technology-focused environment supporting business customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication across organizational levels.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actions.
• Experience influencing stakeholders through collaboration and negotiation.
• Proven ability to identify customer needs and drive process improvements.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and resolving complex issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a customer focus.

• Lead a team responsible for partner and customer retention, product adoption, revenue expansion, and account health.
• Use data to identify risks, opportunities, and drive proactive engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales Acquisition on strategic account planning and growth.
• Standardize operating practices, tools, and communication across the org.
• Drive continuous improvement with scalable processes and automation.
• Coordinate cross-functional resolution of issues and remove barriers.
• Manage portfolio rhythm based on revenue, risk, and priorities.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure forecast accuracy and customer satisfaction.
