Cloudera is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Engineering Manager to lead a world‑class team and drive adoption of the Enterprise Data Platform through strategic alliances with NVIDIA, Dell, IBM, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and more. This role blends leadership, technical depth, and strong partnership management to accelerate cloud‑native adoption and deliver AI‑driven data solutions.

You will influence product roadmaps, manage joint go‑to‑market programs, and run initiatives with major partners,

Qualifications

• Leadership experience building, leading and managing high‑performing teams.
• Experience with joint GTM initiatives and alliances partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of the Big Data ecosystem and modern data management principles.
• Comfort with infrastructure and programming languages including Java/.NET/Python and SQL.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a world‑class team of Partner Solutions Engineers and foster strategic partner relationships.
• Drive the alliances strategy, co‑selling, and joint GTM with major partners.
• Translate complex customer problems into simple, winning solutions and present outcomes to stakeholders.
• Move opportunities through the sales pipeline via RFPs, labs, and technical wins.
• Collaborate with Channels & Alliances to develop plays to acquire new logos.
