You will oversee vendor and provider agreements from drafting through execution, with a focus on Medicare Advantage, commercial insurance, and value-based care arrangements.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience managing, drafting, and negotiating commercial, vendor, and/or provider contracts.
• A bachelor's degree is required. A degree in paralegal studies, a paralegal certificate, or comparable legal or contract-management training is considered an advantage.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management and contract management systems, preferably Ironclad.
• Healthcare contracting knowledge: experience in healthcare or insurance contracting.
• Value-based care and risk arrangements experience.
• Legal and analytical skills: drafting, writing, and negotiation.
• Organization and project management: manage multiple contracts and priorities.
• Communication and collaboration: work with attorneys, leaders, teams, and external stakeholders.
• Adaptability, initiative, fast-paced environment experience.
• Process improvement mindset: scalable contracting processes.

Aufgaben

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage vendor and provider agreements, amendments, and related docs.
• Coordinate all stages of contracting, maintain records, and report on key terms.
• Support healthcare provider contracting across Medicare Advantage and commercial operations.
• Assist with risk-based and value-based provider arrangements terms.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with network, finance, compliance and operations on contracting guidance.
• Partner with in-house attorneys and external counsel to resolve complex matters.
• Monitor renewal dates and ensure transparent risk management.
• Manage multiple matters with tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
