Job summary

Devoted Health Services is seeking a Paralegal to lead and support contracting across our Medicare Advantage and Commercial operations. You will draft, review, negotiate, and manage vendor and provider agreements, while maintaining templates and playbooks with regulatory compliance.

In a fast-paced environment, collaborate with legal and business stakeholders to move agreements to signature efficiently, including risk-bearing arrangements and value-based contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; paralegal studies degree, paralegal certificate, or comparable contracts or legal training a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing, drafting, and negotiating commercial, vendor, and/or provider contracts
• Experience with contract management systems and workflow tracking, IronClad preferred
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and writing skills
• Strong organizational and project-management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of vendor and participating provider agreements, including amendments and statements of work
• Manage full contract lifecycle: intake, drafting, negotiation, approval, execution, renewal; maintain contract records and key-term tracking
• Support structuring and administration of risk-bearing and value-based arrangements (capitation, shared-savings)
• Develop, maintain, and improve contract templates, playbooks, and SOPs for consistency and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with network, finance, compliance, and operations to support strategic contracting initiatives
• Work with in-house attorneys, other paralegals, and outside counsel when needed
