Devoted seeks a Paralegal to lead end-to-end contracting for vendors and participating providers, with emphasis on Medicare Advantage and Commercial operations. You will draft, review, and negotiate agreements, manage intake and approvals, maintain templates and playbooks, and drive compliance across contracts.

You will collaborate with legal, network, finance, and operations teams to deliver agreements efficiently, while supporting risk-sharing arrangements and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal studies equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years drafting and negotiating commercial, vendor, and provider contracts.
• Experience with contract management systems and reporting.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and writing skills; attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of vendor and provider agreements.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from intake to renewal and maintain records.
• Support risk-bearing and value-based provider arrangements with business leaders.
• Develop and improve templates, playbooks, and procedures for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with network, finance, compliance, and operations to support initiatives.
